Sebastiano Carrara

Sebastiano Carrara was born in Verona on 14/03/1978.

Ever since he was a child he showed a natural inclination towards the world of cuisine and in particular pizza.Determined and passionate, in 2011 he fulfilled his lifelong dream of combining his passions with his work and opened his very own pizzeria in Palma di Maiorca.In 2014 he had the fortune of meeting Master Maurizio Capodicasa, with whom he had the fortune of forging a professional and personal relationship and to take his cooking mastery to the next level.  With his new friendship with Maurizio came a passion for teaching and sharing his culinary expertise. Today Sebastiano serves as one of the most important resources at Pizza Consult
