Pizza Consult is aware of the importance of ensuring the security of private information and personal data processed through the website www.pizzaconsult.it, and in accordance with Article 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016, informs visitors that the latter will be collected and treated in the manner and for the purposes set out below.

Pizza Consult performs the processing of personal data of its users in compliance with the code regarding the protection of personal data governed by EU Reg. 2016/679. Moreover, Pizza Consult communicates, in order to correctly inform users, that current computer systems and software procedures used to operate websites acquire, in the normal course of their activities, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in its use of internet communication protocols.
Although such personal data may potentially, by their very nature, allow the user to be identified, Pizza Consult ensures that the data is and will be used anonymously for the sole purpose of obtaining statistical information on the use of the site, to monitor the correct functioning, as well as for any assessment of responsibility in case of computer crimes against the site.

In particular, this information applies to the personal data collected through the completion of forms for sending requests from the visitor, as well from the data inserted into the ‘contact section’ located in each footer and in the pages dedicated to specific services.
It does not apply to external websites owned by third parties, which can be accessed via hypertext links.
Through this site, Pizza Consult may collect the following personal data: name, surname, e-mail address, any information provided voluntarily by the user through the registration procedures.

They are also processed, on behalf of the Data Controller, by professionals and / or companies appointed to perform technical, development, management and administrative – accounting activities.

The data provided by the visitor may be made accessible for the purposes indicated above: to employees and collaborators of the Data Controller, in their capacity as authorized subjects and / or internal processors and / or system administrators; to third-party companies or other subjects (indicative professional firms, consultants, etc.) that carry out outsourced activities on behalf of the Owner, in their capacity as external data controllers.
Pizza Consult does not transfer any of this data to unauthorized third parties, except in cases where, by order of the judicial authority, it is required to release information about the users, or it must provide for this in accordance with national regulations or international.
The data provided by the visitor may be communicated to third-party companies or other subjects (indicative professional offices, consultants, etc.) who carry out outsourced activities on behalf of the Owner, in their capacity as external processors.

- he has the right to ask Pizza Consult, the data controller, to access personal data, correct or cancel them or limit their processing or to oppose their processing, in the cases provided for;
- he has the right to receive his personal data supplied to Pizza Consult and processed by consensus or other legal basis in a structured, common and readable format, as well as the right to transmit such data to another Data Controller without impediments;
- he has the right not to be subjected to decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produce legal effects that affect him or that significantly affect his person;
- he has the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data, following the procedures and indications published on the official website of the Authority on www.garanteprivacy.it;
- any corrections or cancellations or limitations on processing carried out at the request of the data subject – unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort – will be communicated by the Company to each of the recipients to whom the personal data have been transmitted. The Company may communicate the recipients to the interested party if the data subject requests it.
The exercise of rights is not subject to any form constraint and is free.
